Cpc Superconducting Heat Pipe Collector And Desalination Technology

In this article, the evacuated super-conduct heat pipe solar energy collector and horizontal tubes failing film seawater desalination system were developed.First, a research on the performance of the evacuated super-conduct heat pipe solar energy collector was developed in this article. In order to calculate the quantity that collected by the collector, the model of the solar radiation was established, its exactitude was testified by the experiments. A truncated solar energy collector with the concentration ratio is 3 was designed in this article, the factors that affected the heat collection efficiency of the collector were analyzed, the installation angle also was presented and based on the measured data of the solar radiation, the quantity of the solar energy collected by the collector was calculated in this article.The original vertical tubes ascend film desalination system was optimized in this article. In order to improve the performance of the desalination system, the super-conduct heat pipes were used for the evaporator and the condenser, and the falling film evaporation and the falling condensation of horizontal tubes were introduced to the new design of the redesigned desalination system. For the redesign of the evaporator and the condenser, we need the evaporator's and the condenser's dimensions. The heat transfer and mass transfer of the falling film evaporation and condensation around the horizontal tubes was analyzed in theoretic. The heat transfer equations of the evaporation and the condensation around the horizontal tubes were presented in this article.The research in this papers provide the necessary theory foundation and the dimension of the CPC evacuated super-conduct heat pipe solar energy collector and the horizontal tubes falling film evaporation desalination system.
