Vitrification is a new effective way to preserve bioactive materials and is applied abroad. So the work in this thesis firstly focuses on the vitrification of glycerol and propylene carbonate using mechanical relaxation instrument. Then vitrification behavior on the cellulose solution with different concentration in DMAC/LiCl and some cryoprotectants (CPAs) were preliminarily studied through the instrument. Finally this thesis has some attempt that trehalose was used to the cellulase conservation. The main results were as follows:1. Through glycerol and propylene carbonate experiment, the results showed that mechanical relaxation instrument was an effective way in liquid samples study on vitrification transit.2. Vitrification behaviors of some CPAs were determined using the mechanical relaxation instrument. The results of tests revealed this way can be used in vitrification study of CPAs, but the relationship between conservation effects and determination results has yet been on further studies.3. Using freeze-drying, ventilation dryness or keeping liquid state, trehalose could keep activities of enzyme. Adding trehalose with concentration of 20% could have a good effect on keeping enzyme activities, but that with a higher concentration could lead to an opposition effect. This was probably due to the trehalose crystallization.
