In this thesis, using Ramanspectroscopy, we researched the influence on deoxyribonucleicacid(DNA)'structure induced by semi-conductor laser(532.0nm, 120mW, 200mW, 300mW), ultraviolet(253.7nm, 30W), β ray(0.514MeV, 1.18MeV) and γ ray (0.66MeV, 20 μ Ci). The research is helpful in understanding interactions and induces between semi-conductor laser, ultraviolet, β ray, γ ray and DNA in molecular level, and provide theoretical guidance and reference for the protection of semi-conductor laser, ultraviolet, β ray and γ ray. After experiments, we got some results as the following:1.Induced by semi-conductor laser, solid DNA changes as below: 1)the deoxyribose-phosphate backbone vibrations in DNA decreasing, these bands are at 884890cm-1 ,1112cm-1 and 1168cm-1 . 2) deoxyribose(d) and C-O stretch vibration in d increasing, there are new bands occurring at 1436cm-1 and 1072cm-1, the intensities of these bands at 1466cm-1 and 1030cm-1 increase. 3)Raman bands arising from all four bases undergoing very large changes in frequencies and relative intensities, carbonyl stretch vibration in bases increasing markedly, there are new bands appearing at 1650cm-1 and 1670cm-1,the intensity of the band at 1710cm-1 increases markedly.The result shows: when laser's power is big enough, the vibration of DNA's deoxyribose- phosphate will be decreased, DNA 's structure well be changed, deoxyribose(d) and C-O stretch vibration will be increased, the relative intensity and frequency of vibration of some base has been changed markedly. It also shows that the double-helix structure of DNA and the interaction of perpendicular base-base has been destroyed, hydrogen bonds of the base are cut off.2.Induced by ultraviolet, the structure of solid DNA's marker line of A-DNA conformation at 810cm-1 decreases, the Raman bands assigned respectively to deoxyribose-phosphate and C-O stretch at 884cm-1 and 1010cm-1,1068cm-1 all...
