P. Euphratica Growth Hormone Regulation And Mineral Element Analysis

Populus euphratica Olive., an oldest and most primordial species, is an important hungriness-riverside tree. It is one of the 388 species listed in the first group of rare plants in China. At present, the global climate is becoming wanner and warmer, and the water resource is decreasing day by day in inland. The number of Populus euphratica Olive. is decreasing for the lack of water as well. Nowadays, people have taken more attention to protecting for Populus euphratica Olive..The plant hormones play important roles during the growth of the plant, IAA, GA, ZR are promotive substances, while ABA is a suppressive substance. The metal elements, such as Fe, K, Zn etc., are essential for the growth of the plant and have an inseparable relation with metabolism.Taking Populus euphratica Olive. in Ejina as research materials in this paper, the hormones (IAA, ABA, GA3, ZR) of the leaves, which are in germination, growth, senescence and dormancy period, are mensurated by ELISA. The content of the different kinds of hormones of the leaf, which belongs to the same type, and the content of one kind of hormone of the leaves, which belong to different types, are analyzed respectively. The content of metal elements (K, Ca, Na, Mg, Fe, Zn and Mn) of the leaves and the soil sample is menstruated by AAS. We analyze the adjustment mode of hormones and metal elements during the upgrowth of heteromorphism leaf. The primary conclusions as follow:1. There are three types of leaves in Populus euphratica Olive.: lanceolate, broadovateand intergradation. The branch of the lanceolate is more slender than that of broadovate, and its internode is longer than that of broadovate; the buds of the lanceolate are thin, while the buds of the broadovate are obesity.2.
