In this thesis, we studied the relationship between long-term solar activities and climate change, earthquake and human life, the emphases of the study on the correlation of solar activity with climate change. In order to study the effect of Sun on climate change and earthquake eruption, it is necessary to know the parameters of solar variations. So we introduced solar-related correlation factors and energy sources in Chapter Ⅰ firstly. In Chapter Ⅱ, the relationship between solar activities and climate change, the mechanism of the effects solar variance on climate and the science problem are summarized, and correlation of solar activity with flood disaster in China and drought/flood variance in TianJin city for resent 500 years are studied as well. The significant correlation on period of solar activities with earthquake eruption and the possible astronomy factors to induce earthquake eruption are introduced in Chapter Ⅲ, and we studied the possible triggering of solar activity to big earthquakes (Ms>8) in the middle latitude in China, it is discovered that the occurrence dates of most of the big earthquakes are close to the descendent years to minimum years of sunspot numbers, at the same time, the large flood is also occurred, so we consider meteorological ingredient as a possible reason of triggering earthquake eruption. In Chapter Ⅳ, we introduced briefly the effect of solar activity on human illness, acute infectious disease, nerve system, and so on.
