Quantum information is a new subject that is a combination of quantum mechanics, information science and computer science. Quantum information which is based on the basic theory of quantum mechanics researches mainly quantum computer, quantum communication, quantum key distribution and so on .In 1993, Bennett et al. proposed a scheme for teleporting an unknown quantum state of one-particle via a two-particle maximally entangled state. In practice, the decoherence may arise because of the inevitable interaction between quantum channel and environment, and quantum channel is always not maximally entangled state. So in this paper, we present two schemes for probabilistic teleportation, in which partially entangled states are considered as the quantum channel.1) One quantum teleportation scheme is to teleport an arbitrary two-particle state, where a two-particle partially entangled state and a three-particle partially entangled W class state are considered as the quantum channel. We show that teleportation can be successfully realized with certain probability by performing two Bell measurements on the sender's side and by introducing an auxiliary particle and adopting an appropriate unitary transformation. Because of the feature of the quantum channel, the total maximal probability of success equals 2/3.2) Another scheme is the probabilistic teleportation about a two-particle state, which is composed of some terms of general two-particle state, where a four-particle partially entangled state isconsidered as the quantum channel. The scheme we present is the probabilistic teleportation of the special two-particle state, measurements and transformations are similar to the former. The total maximal probability of success i^ 1/3.The key to teleportation is to transform the coefficient of quantumstate, the probability of success is determined by the quantum channel. For two schemes, we referred to the W class state, which has effected thetotal maximal probability, and we have calculated the probability ofsuccess respectively.
