In this years, with our country economy's fastly developing and the city scope' largenning, the density of the population and building is much bigger than before and the task of fire fighting also is becoming more important and flintier. So beside strengthening equips, digital-fire-fighting, i.e., Fire Control Geographies Information System(FCGIS) is a certain direction in this fields.FCGIS has many functions such as navigation and orientation, quering and analysis, assistant decision-making, etc. Recently, the application is relatively full-blown in America and Europe.Some cities in our country have also begin their FCGIS, however, because of the questions such as spatial and attribute data's management, data presentalism, share and integration, almost no one can be really used,In particular, the real-time traffic information has become a bottle-neck of optimum path, restricting FCGIS' application.Basing on fire control' actuality and FCGIS' circs both here and abroad,the paper give a full design for Shi JiaZhuang'FCGIS;And then it discusses data base software' choosing, data base's establishing, main buildings' triaxiality data base,data's updating and sharing mode.Relying on SuperMap,it designs partial functions of ShiJiaZhuang'FCGIS and primarily explores its practicalities.Finally,the paper summarizes some possible questions in system's establishing , brings forward relevant measures and analyses the task of fire fighting's main areas , periods , buildings in ShiJiaZhuang.In one word, the paper establishs a firm base for a perfect and applied ShiJiaZhuang'FCGIS.
