Mesoscale Automatic Weather Station Data Collection And Processing Systems Research And Application

This paper based on the needs of the observation characteristics of the grounded meteorological elements in meso-scale disaster weather, combining the recent conditions of the two suits of the AWS net appearing, gives an idea of designing a data collecting and dealing system based on meso-scale AWS .At the time of constructing AWS in our country and regional areas, we should think much of data collecting, synthesizing transacting, promulgating, and AWS condition surveillance. By researching and applications of the data collecting and dealing system, it has a great theoretical and practical significance on how to use AWS data to do the meso-scale disaster weather forecasting and warning.This paper mainly shows importance on the following aspects based on investigating many ground observation system of the national atmospheric monitoring automatic net and meso-scale AWS net:Abstracting and concluding users' requirements are the prerequisite for developing decision support system. By a long time investigating, this paper studies the query requirements of the observational meteorology data, reanalysis, second development, system indemnification and information promulgating, analyzes the needs of the six species information of the AWS data collecting and application system. Meanwhile, the practical, credible, advanced, and normal rules put forward by users is also analyzed based on detecting characteristics and forecasting custom at stations in meteorology area.After the requirement analysis, system function design is carried out. This paper lists seven functions of this system: data collecting and integrating, station inquire, data transferring and distributing, information issue, convenient navigation and information safeguard;it also proposes the design of frame of system, and designs system data flow.The system bases on the development of the Dynamic Link Library technique and database technique, adopts the .NET language program based on the frames of the C/S and B/S to achieve module system frame, to achieve the system and data sharing by the weather bureau users with the C/S frame, to achieve the internet issue and meteorological information sharing, we use the B/S frame.This paper introduces the particular design of data collecting module, contour drawing module, state watching module, elements query and statistic, and web issue. Finally, it summarizes all of the study, finds out the deficiency and expects the development future.
