Cardiac sounds are compound signals generated by the open and close of valves,diastole and contraction of tendon and thews,impact of blood and vibration of blood wall in the process of heartbeat.They are very important physiological signals.Lots of physiological signals is contained by them.Therefore,it plays a very important role in heart care.Cardiac data has been collected for years.And because our lab has been researching thousands of cases since 2007,we have successfully developed a number of software packages with intellectual property.For advanced research,I focus on establishing a system to save the valuable information.The thesis aimed at cardiac sounds discussed the urgent problems and built a management and analysis system in the framework of SSH.It contributes to our information sharing in the lab and meanwhile it can analyze cardiac sounds online,so people can know about their cardiac condition in time.The main research contents are as follows:1.Clinic cardiac signal collectingThis thesis researched the generating mechanism of cardiac sounds,states cardiophny parts and data collection announcements,and also gived a introduction of common digital echometer system and cardiophny collecting system based on BIOPAC.2.Website platform designBased on user demand and website functional requirement,we applied hierarchical design in the system.We used interface connection between layers without influencing each layer.Homepage is constructed in blue,making a refreshment feeling.And we introduced implement process of each module including user module,cardiac sounds data module,jurisdiction module,health indicator module and forum module.3.Database designMySQL is a relational database management system(RDBMS)with open source code.It employs the most commonly used database management language,that is Structured Query Language(SQL).Conducting E-R model design for data object,we built the data table based on user type and website function.We found lightweight class MySQL was suitable for our data size.And considering free access,open source and less requirement for computer performance,we decided to use MySQL database as background database management software.4.Cardiac sound analyzing systemBased on the current cardiac sound arithmetic our lab uses,I designed a cardiac sound analyzing system for diagnosis.It is made up of 3 parts,that is,cardiac sound pretreatment(noise reduction treatment),cardiac sound characteristic extracting and heart sound classification.To verify the system,the data have to be effective for the system,if it is,I have to change algorithm package into java application program to make sure of the engineering use of the system.The system we discussed in this thesis has been tested in the range of LAN,and the basic functions of data uploading,data management,cardiac diagnosis analysis,results query.The system can also manage the relevant data of breathing sound and snoring sound,due to its expandability.As we can see now it is not mature enough to be used in reality,I believe it can make a practical cardiac management diagnosing system with our ongoing efforts to develop and improve it.Improvement of its functions and accuracy of evaluation would be the focus of my further research,we will make efforts to better manage the clinical data in our lab and promote telemedicine at the grass-roots level.
