In the former part of this paper, the traditional Kaluza-Klein theory. Give a summarization about 5 D space-time-matter theory and induced-matter idea which advanced by Wesson. As a result of induced-matter theory embody Mach principle obviously, so the variable-gravity theories based on Mach principle are briefly reviewed, such as Dirac's big number hypothesis and Brans-Dicke theory.Subsequently, in the frame about these theories, begin with the equation of motion that Wesson talking about, compare with the AD Geodesics equation, we can receive the Null Geodesics in 5 D Manifolds, then we'll explain why could mass particle and none mass particle all move along the Null Geodesies in 5 D .At last, according to the invariability of velocity of light, we bring forward a method to check up the extra coordinate.
