In the first chapter of this thesis we review the classical Kaluza-Klein theory and modern Kaluza-Klein theory proposed by Wesson: the Space-Time-Matter theory. The second chapter is about the dark energy cosmology including the property of dark energy, current astronomical observations of accelerating universe, several candidates of dark energy etc.In Space-Time-Matter theory we assume that the 4D induced matter of the 5D Ricci-flat bouncing cosmological solution contains a perfect fluid and induced phantom scalar field, between which there exists interacting, such as Q =3cH (ρ_m + ρ_φ). By using the phase-planeanalysis to study the stability of evolution of the 5D models, we find two kinds of stable scaling solution, the climbing-up scaling solution and the rolling-down scaling solution. And in the climbing-up case, the universe ends with a big rip. In the rolling-down case, the universe accelerates forever. Furthermore, the effective equation of state of phantom that incorporates the effect of the interacting between cold dark matter and phantom is larger than that of phantom without interacting with cold dark matter.
