In this article, the feature of the area-averaged extreme temperature, extreme precipitation, and extremely heavy 1-day precipitation events, the feature of the area change of extreme cold and warm, extreme drought and flood, and extremely heavy 1-day precipitation events, the general circulation index that play an important part in the extreme climate, the correlation between Tibetan Plateau sensible heat flux and climate have been studied within the East part of the North-West China (ENWC). The conceptual modal of extremely climatic forecast and the objectively predictive equation have been built. The result supports the notion that the climate of the ENWC has become more extreme in recent years. Although there is an absence of a monotonically increasing or decreasing trend, since about 1990 area-averaged total precipitation has become below the 30-year mean. Extremely heavy precipitation events do not decrease on the background. There is a monotonically increasing trend of the area-averaged mean temperature, maximum temperature and minimum temperature. Temperatures have turned from 1986 to 1987 and since 1987 temperatures have tended to remain above the climatic mean. Areas of abnormal low temperature predominate over that of abnormal high before 1986, while areas of abnormal high temperature predominate over that of abnormal low after 1987. The area with much above normal temperature and the positive departure of annual temperature are the largest in 1998, while the area with much below normal mean temperature and the negative departure of annual temperature are the largest in 1967.
