Because the scope of the research in astroparticle physics is too extensive, in this review we only follow the due of total energy spectrum of Cosmic Rays (CRs) and discuss the important progress made in recent years at different energy range respectively . In addition , we summarize the theoretical models and experimental developments about the CR's origin, chemical composition and propagation. In the article we also give a short introduction of the related high-energy astrophysics, for cxamplc,thc 7 Burst (GRB). neutrino, Dark Matter,Supersymmctry (SUSY), Grand Unification Theory (GUT) etc.. These theories would imply some mechanism of cosmic ray production to some extent and hint that the GZK cutoff puzzle may be explained by new physics beyond the Standard Model. The probe to Cosmic Ray astrophysics could enlarge the knowledge of the early universe and provide the proof of testing exotic physical laws, and present an another window to realize the universe.
