The main goal of high energy heavy ion collisions is to study the properties ofnuclear matter under high pressure and high temperature;Elliptic flow in heavy-ioncollisions is a measure of the azimuthal angular anisotropy of the particle distributionin momentum space with respect to the reaction plane. It can reflect the message ofsystem in the early. One of the most important findings at RHIC(Relativistic HeavyIon Collider)experiments is the quark number scaling of hadronic elliptic flow. Inthis paper, we use a multiphase transport(AMPT)model to create the data in Au+Aucollisions at√sNN = 200 GeV,and investigate the elliptic flow of strange particles.First,we investigate the rapidity distribution of strange particles before and afterthe ART. We known strange baryon decay into meson,which will change the rapiditydistribution.the results show that the rapidity distribution is very different for strangeparticles and no strange particles before and after the ART.The rapidity distribution ofπ~+π_- are changed before and after the ART. We also investigate the dependencyof elliptical flow to collision paramaters,the elliptical flow is very sensitive to collisionparamaters; The larger the collision paramaters,the biger the elliptical flow.Secondly we study the elliptical flow and the constituent quark number scalingof Elliptical flow,We also study the relations between the constituent quark numberscaling of Elliptical flow for hadron and the elliptical flow of quark.Physicists pro-posed many quark coalecse model to explain the ralation between the elliptical flowof hadron and quark. The Elliptical flow of hadron and elliptical flow of quark don'thave the relation of constituent quark number,This due to the quark coalesce,quarkdon't coalesce with other quark with the same transverse momentum.In the final,we study the factors which affect the elliptic flow of strange par-ticles;This factors include the partonic cross section, non-equilibrium and hadroncascade;Different partonic cross section ,different momentum change;We found thatBaryons are not sensitive to partonic cross section,but mesons and quark are sensitiveto partonic cross section with our quark coalense model,when quark coalesce quarkwith large transverse momentum may coalesce with quark with small transverse mo-mentum.We also study non-equilibrium in the systerm.We found the elliptical flow with AMPT model is less 10% of hydro limit.hydro limit ofπmesons are very dif-ferent before and after the ART;The reasons for it may be the disintegration of baryonsand dissipation. Because of litter interaction with no-strange particles,strange parti-cles can remain the information of hadron cascade.We study the affect of the hadroncascade to elliptical ?ow of strange particles, The results indicate that hadron cascadehave litter affect to elliptical ?ow of strange particles,it correspond to our analysis.
