Pendulum is a unlinear, coupling, variable and natural unsteadiness system. During the process of control, pendulum can effectively reflect many pivotal problems such as equanimity,robust, follow-up and track, so it is a perfect model used to testing various control theories.In order to solve the problem of more students and fewer experimental facilities, it is imperative to set up the online emulation testing laboratory. The article is in analysing the structure and mathematical model of pendulum I, II, III and the controllability and observability of system, have designed the fuzzy controller of pendulum I, II based on information fusion theory. Then the fuzzy control lab of pendulum I that can be downloaded by Internet Explorer is builded.lt is made with VB. Througout one year's using dy students, the system runs steadily and has made the good result.
