Hynobiidae belongs to amphibians and is a peculiar section of Asia. These years, there are some divarications on the identification of some species because of the hard command of identification characters of these species. Some results only base the identification on the characters of soaked specimen. So it is inescapable that there are some confusion and inkling. Using the labeling DNA fingerprinting probe LZF-1, we get the DNA fingerprints of 12 species of different genus on Hynobiidae and one Cynops species. Through the above DNA fingerprints, combined with the characteristic and morphologic difference, we analyse the relative relationship among these species. What's more, we study the classification of Ranodon shihi(Liu). The result indicates that in the family of Hynobius, Hynobius amjiensis Gu is more closer to Hynobius yiwuensis Cai than to Hynobius leechii boulenger;in the family of Batrachuperus, Batrachuperus londongensis has much difference among other species in the DNA fingerprints. And the experimental results are consistent with the characteristic and morphologic analysis. So it may be a transitional genus among evolution. The resemble coefficient of Ranodon shihi(Liu) and Batrachuperus is 0.39, the resemble coefficient of Ranodon shihi(Liu) and Ranodon is 0.31, what1 s more, the scope distributed of spectra bands and number of spectra bands of Ranodon shihi(Liu) is less similar to Ranodon . These indicate that Ranodon shihi(Liu) is closer to Batrachuperus than to Ranodon, so it is not reasonable to place Ranodon shihi(Liu) into Ranodon and Ranodon shihi(Liu) should be regarded as a virtual species o We also compare the genetic characters of Hynobius, Ranodon and Batrachuperus . The resemble coefficient of Hynobius and is Batrachuperus 0.22, Hynobius and Ranodon is 0.24, Ranodon and Batrachuperus is 0.31. So Hynobius is closer to Ranodon than to Batrachuperus and Batrachuperus is more evolutional than Hynobius and Ranodon, Combining with the analysis result of the chromosome character and the comparison of the morphology, we obtain an elementary systemic development relation map of Hynobius, Ranodon and Batrachuperus.
