Over decades of years, with the more and more extensive application of electromagnetic field(EMF)to industry, agriculture, medicine treatment and sanitation, etc, humans pay more and more attention to the influence of EMF on the health. The dissertation retrospects the theoretical and experimential development of bioelectromagnetics and studies EMF bio-effects by use of bioinformatics at molecular level. Our innovative studies are listed as follows:By using the calculation method of quantum chemistry, we analyze electromagnetic parameters such as dipole moments, of H2O, signal transduction molecules, neurotransmitters, amino acids and bases. The results illustrate that these molecules have biggish dipole moments, and their molecular rotation spectra fall into the frequency of microwave. This result provides a strong support for EMF bio-effects.By studying the electromagnetic parameters of lipid, cholesterol molecules,we bring forward that these molecules maybe influence the traits of cell membrane by receiving the EMF radiation. Especially under the inherent transmembrane electric field, electron structure of these molecules will be some changed. When studying EMF bio-effects at macromolecule level, we search protein sequences of kinase family by building HMM-NN-GA,in which there maybe exists significant fragments which are sensitive to EMF. Moveover, the conservative significant motifs of ODC can also be searched by HMM-NN-GA and further the spacial 3D structure is showed. The results provide the novel ideas and methods for the probability of the influence of EMF on protein structure. By exploringly studying phylogenetic tree of kinases, we try to further study some important problems such as the origin and evolution impetus of genes and proteins sensitive to EMF.By use of graph theory, the interaction networks of some gene expression and protein-protein have been elementarily built. We try to ascertain which kinds of the molecules respond the EMF at first and then how to beget the whole network to produce bio-effects.The results are helpful to explain the mechanism of EMF bio-effects,establish related measures of protection from EMF radiation, protect human's health, facilitate the development of theory and technology related to EMF. The scientific standards of EMF radiation will be established finally.
