By deep inelastic scattering of leptons on nucleus and nuclear Drell-Yan processes one can learn the parton densities in nucleus. And by deep inelastic scattering of polarized leptons on nucleus and polarized nuclear Drell-Yan process one can understand polarized parton densities in nucleus more deeply. Following the discovery of EMC effect many theoretical models were put forth to explain this nuclear effect. In these models, 6-quark clusters can give a unified description of the experiment data about nuclear effect at all values of x.We describe nuclear effects of deuteron with 6-quark clusters models. We calculate the polarized structure function of deuteron. The result is in agreement with experimental data. In addition, at the center-of-mass energy 50GeV,200GeVwe calculate the polarized proton-deuteron and proton-proton cross-section ratio, which can test the parton distribution in deuteron by comparing with future experiment.
