Aimimg at the rapid development of the digital photogrammetry and computer technique, this paper analyzes problems existing during production process in survey unit and the current demand on digital photogrammetry system, studies the basic theory of digital photogrammetry and the pivotal techniques of database> WebGIS, Web3D and other network shared platform technologies, and accomplishes a integrated digital photogrammetric system including the whole process from data acquisition and managing to application.The main investigation achievements of this paper are as follows:1. We realize the control of stereo vision, and uses it to edit the DEM.2. We realize ortho image generation and mosaic under stereo vision.3. Using OpenGL function base we realize the 3D modeling and model display based on previous extracted DEM data.4. In combination of Visual C++ and MDL, we realize stereo mapping system in Microstation system.5. We realize a database operation system based on the B/S structure in utilization of Visual C#.NET.6. We realize promulgating vector data through Internet using the network display plug-in of AutoDesk company.7. Through research of network 3D display technology, we realize stereo display based on the Internet using VRML.8. We accomplish an applicable digital photogrammetry system including DEM acquisition, ortho image generation, stereo mapping, 3D display and other functions and present the experiment results.9. We accomplish the experiment of network shared platform for information and present the experiment result.Through above research we have gained the staggered result, it offers me good foundation to carry out further research into digital photogrammetry "and its application in network shared platform in future.
