Based on detailed investigahon of related literatUre, the research statUS ofmonomlecular film, LB film and boemulsion wer revieWed. Four newamPW Mctiles were designed, synthesised and chaxacterized. Themonoayer film formin property and the boemulsion fowi range of suchnew amgu molecules were studied with the hefo of n -A isothenn curves, dyndric laser scattCthe, ThM, UV-Vis and FTIR sPectra.The.main achievements in relahon to this thesiS is summarized hereby as follow f1' Wilic molecules like 4-methyl-5-hydrOXy-ethyl thiaZOle stearicesterop S E),4 -m ethy l -5 -hy droXy l tw l theazole heXatw b ronddeH' N-Weeyl -p - hexadcoyl W YcinepeOPHGpo12Ans(O-WW) ethane-N,N,N',N'-thetic add mp ) aresyllthesired and characteriZed by FT-IR, lH~NMR and Mass SPeCtra.2. Monolayer formin proPerty of HISE and it's affeeive faCtors were stUdied.(1) It is M frOm the n -A curves of mSE monolayer with thent PHvalues that W subPhase is unfaVrable for the regtilar anay Of mSE while thealkalic subPhase is favorable for hoProVing the film fOrmin property of mSE.(2) It iS concuded fiom n -A isotherm curves that being in dtherent periods, arrays and of dtherent electronic strUCturgy, the metal ions are of differet degreeof M tO monlayer fOwi Property of mSE. As far as the metal bo areconCemed in this thesis, Na+, K+in the thet main any, Mgl in the second mainany and Miz+ of the transient elements in the fourth period are of tather goodtherovement tO the ffe-fodrig ProPeny of mSE.(3Whth the teehnology of LB, the monolayer of HISE was dePOsited on to CaF2with hydrOPhilic suMs on ultIaPUre water subPhase, thus Y- tyPe LB fllm oftransfer raho aPProaching to l is obtained. The LB film iS demonstrated withFT-IR SPeCtrUm. It is noted that no disPlacement of FT~lR adsorption of rnSEOCCUrred after the preparation Of LB film compared wtth that prior tO thepreParation. Wth the thickness of LB filIn incrasing, the Peak value ofadsorptiOn is of the tendency of increasing which indhates that LB film candeposit even and effeetively.3.The film-forming property of ruHB and it's adsorphon with human serumalbumin(l) It is concluded bom n -A isotherm curves on SUbPhases with arerent pHvalues that the film-formin property of HIHB am be better imProved onalkaline subPhases.(2nyith n -A isotherm curves and n -t time curves, the adsorption beboenhUInan serum albumin (HSApo are on sufohases with arerent pH valUeS isalso systemahall StUdied, the reSult demonsAn tha the veboty ofadsorption and deSOrption of HIHB and HSA getS tO equation after about 1 hour. The collapse PreSSare and the mean area per molecul of monolayer keepsW aha the dsrptiOn comPared with tha PriO to the adsorption, whilthe HSA originall adsoIbed on HIHB is foed ou of the ds of mmonofayer.4. m nrmaratri or wo tw bobo or or anct the mp ofit(1pebo is the by PUttin soso bo normal hePtansolven, with normal hexan added as coha and 10moW solution ofm usto to sawthe. ha the bo through the meto ofM and dyfor laser SCatw, it is W tha 10"moW HHOPHG of40% sWn degree can form good boion whe the ratio ofnormal hePtane: normal hexanl W hom 8:2 to 6:4. It is of negativ twaCton the fonnin of forIIhaho if tOO muC or tOO liul normal hexanl. Thewi of COSurftw has no effed on the UVTh absorptio oflermulsion. In the system of 8:2 normal hePtane: normal hexanl,WPHG can fOrm lermulsion unde fferent saponification. The diameterof pN of lermulsiOn increaSes with the increaSing of SaPOMn and itis observed through TEM that the water phase droP also becomes bndr.(2ap UVMi absorption of formulsiOn changes when the qUanty ofcosuM and the quantity of normal hexanl changes, wtheh indicatCS tha thechanges influence the eleCtrOn clound of benzene and thexyl.5. The preparatiOn of O/W tyPe microemulsion of HHOPHGBAffe microcmulsiOn is primarily aPProached and researched, through which itis notcd that BArvA can fOrm microcmulsion.
