This paper have completed the research work in two aspects. The first one is the researchof the hybrid Photoelastic Experiment(PE) and Finite Difference Method(FDM),in this part, itbring forward a method which is used to analysis the stress of any cross-section in a localregion of a component under force. In the second part,it present a method which is used toanalysis the stress of any point in internal region of a component under force by using thehybrid and Boundary Element Method. In addition(BEM),it discuss a method which is used toanalysis the thermal stress of a component under force primarily by mixing ThermalPhotoelastic Experiment and REM.The first method is on the basis of the Differential Equation of Static Equilibrium underright-angled co-ordinates and polar co-ordinates respectively, one is subtituded by itsDifferential Equation of the First Order, named the Difference Method of EquilibriumDifferential Equation. The second method is differentiate the Equation of Static Equilibrium inx axis and in y axis, and then replace it by its Differential Equation of the Second Order, narnedthe Difference Method of the Second Order of the Equation of Equilibrium. Those two methodhave the same computational demonstration as the Difference Method of Shearing Stress.Theboundary stress can be get by the PE.The paper have compiled those two hybrid sourceprogram and apply them to several examples to verify' those two methods, especially thecalculation of the stress of the pore of peg under tension have positive effects on the promotionof the exploration of the analysis of contact stress. The main merit of the Equation of Laplace. in BEM is that it can get the value of the sumof principal stress of any point in interior region if the sum of principal stress in boundary haveLIknown by using BEM,yet the sum of principal stress in boundny can be get by PE easilyThesecond method of mis paPer have calculated four examples ther introducting briefiy thehybrid of PE and BEM to examining the feasibility of this method, and then get sevetalbeneficial conclusion which can be referred for boer stUdyThe basic equaion of planethermal stress in BEM have the same physical meaning as constam temperatUr,the secondpart of this paPer have derivated it briefly and then put forward an assume that it can analysisthermal stress by using Thermal Photoelastic Experiment and BEM togetheLBoth the stress of any cross-section in a local region and the stress of ny point in ifitemlregion of a component can already be got by using the hybrid PhOtoelasticity-NumericalCalculation.The hybrid PE and BEM which have brought fOrward in this paPer have supplied agaP in the field of analysis of the stress of any point in inteml region of a component.Sofarthis method can be used in the stress analysis both in the whole region and in anycross-section.
