The operation training systerm of seawater reverse osmosis can reproduce the process of industrial production, so the operators can be familiar with the process of system running. At the same time, it also can simulate the fault conditions, and train the operators in order to improve their ability to deal with fault conditions.This article analysis the running process. I also developed a corresponding simulation training system, for teaching and operator training.In this paper, I study the continuous-discrete hybrid system of mathematical modeling and simulation modeling, and design the operation training systerm of seawater reverse osmosis by this method. The system can realize the process-oriented continuous simulation and the skills-training-oriented discrete event simulation. I design the architecture of the operation training systerm based on HLA and static task DAG algorithm. Based on the FEDEP of DMSO, the flow chart of simulation is analyzed, and the federation's FOM/SOM of the operation training system is designed. And based on the principle of continuous system discretization and mathematical models of the reverse osmosis equipments the system simulation model is designed.In this paper, the system is tested in steady state and fault conditions. It proves that the system has capability of both process-oriented simulation for steady-state conditions and skills-training-oriented simulation for fault conditions.
