Proposed by Germen mathematician R. Wille in 1982, the theory of concept lattice, also called as formal concept analysis, is concept hierarchy functioning as data analysis and rule extraction. With the rapid development of knowledge engineering, it has become an important object for the study of artificial intelligence subjects. The way of analyzing the classical formal concept mainly focuses on the single-valued formal context. However, the attribute value of interval value frequently occurs in real world. The present formal concept analysis should be promoted, be made possible to process the information indicated by the interval value and be made meet the real life, which can provide an effective tool for processing uncertain inform in real world. The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1). This thesis is to study the Galois contact and interval-valued formal context, and to get the ways of constructing interval-valued concept lattices, based upon which this thesis is to study the method of reducing the interval-valued formal context in the condition that the formatting structure of the interval-valued concept lattice maintains unchanged.(2). This thesis is firstly to study the relationship of distances between the concepts of classical concept lattices, based on which the way of lattice compression of the concept of distance in the chain can be got.
