Object Granular Reduction Of Two Different Fuzzy Formal Contexts

Formal concept analysis(FCA)is one of the most effective mathematical meth-ods for data analysis and knowledge processing.In the process of analyzing data and constructing concept lattices,computational complexity is a key obstacle in obtaining all the concepts from a given formal context.It becomes important to handle the given formal context and decrease its size as far as possible.One the one hand,this paper introduces object granular reduction of fuzzy formal contexts and give a certain algorithm of object granular reduction by using discernibility object sets,object discernibility matrices and object discernibility functions.On the other hand,this paper presents object granular reduction of interval-valued fuzzy formal contexts,comparing interval numbers by using Neutral decision and discuss the re-lationship between object granular reduction and classification object reduction in an interval-valued fuzzy formal context.This paper contains three chapters,the details are as follows:Chapter 1:Preliminaries.In this chapter,some basic notions and relevant conclusions of fuzzy formal contexts,fuzzy sub-contexts and Formal Concept Anal-ysis are introduced.Chapter 2:This chapter discusses object granular reduction of fuzzy formal contexts and its algorithm.Firstly,we study the concept of object granular reduction in fuzzy formal contexts and give the certain algorithm for computing object granular reduction from the perspective of granules.Secondly,we introduce classification object reduction and establish the relations between object granular reduction and classification object reduction in fuzzy formal contexts.Chapter 3:Object granular reduction of interval-valued fuzzy formal contexts.Firstly,we introduce derivation operators,object granular consistent sets,object discernibility matrices,object discernibility functions and so on.Secondly,the object granular reduction of interval-valued fuzzy formal contexts are given.At last,we study classification object granular and summarize the relationship between object granular reduction and classification object reduction in an interval-valued fuzzy formal context.
