| With the rapid development of the economy , the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense. In the enterprise management, the financial control is a crucial part. At present, most enterprises face at least a few problems in their financial control, and the problems are likely to have bad impact on the overall growing of the enterprises. For an enterprise group, which stand as a special type of enterprise, it's necessary to find out the existing problems in the financial control and improve the efficiency of the financial control, so that the overall competence of the enterprise group will be boosted in such a highly competitive environment of economic globalization.This paper adopts both qualitative and quantitative research methods and takes the China Construction Second Engineering Bureau ltd. In view of the special situation of the enterprise group, the financial control problems are analyzed. The theory of system dynamics and the theories of financial control are combined, where financial control model is established with the dynamic characteristic of system dynamics. Through computer simulation, prediction is made about the short-term financial indicators of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau ltd., upon which problems in its financial control area are located. According to the financial control situation and existing problems of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau ltd., the establishment of the enterprise group's financial control system is presented in layers of organization structure, regulations, personnel control and so on. Discussions are carried out about the standardization and enhancement of the enterprise group's financial decision making, financial control, performance evaluation and incentives, so that the financial control system of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau ltd will be improved. At last, suggestions and possible measures are brought forward to reform the enterprise group's financial control system. |
