Application Research Of Coal Enterprise Material Supply System Based On Scm

Material supply is in the upstream of supply and the source of enterprise production, which directly decides the cost of production, the quality of product and market share. So it is very important to production and benefit of enterprises.The materials of coal enterprise are consumables, so supplies directly related to production safety and cost. In order to make the management more scientific and effective, this paper combines with the thought of supply chain management and then establishes the information system for the main business involved in Purchasing and inventory in the process of material supply.According to the analysis about the status and existing problems of current coal enterprise material supply system, this paper optimizes the design of the business for the system by the theory of supply chain management. On the whole, This paper proposes a material management mode based on supply chain management, then establishes the electronic model of the system. As regards of the implementation, according to the demand of Zibo Mining Group ,the paper The paper designs the system function module, then use X3 platform which is developed by Justep corp. and Oracle database to achieve a coal company supplies information system. Focus on system architecture, database, business processes, main function modules design and system security solutions to technical issues. As regards of the realization of the system, based on the two function modules including warehousing and inventory as an example, this paper expounds the method and process that t the X3 platform build system. Finally, introduces the current system operating conditions, and also make a further outlook about the research and development of material supply system.
