Nanzhao Research Of Poverty Alleviation And Development

The problem of poverty,which is regarded as the 1st of the 3 main themes,perplexes the world in development. The CPC 17th congress report pointed out that with the improvement of the peoperty alleriation and devetopment,the phenomenon of absolute poverty win almost have been remored by 2020.Nanzhao county is one of the key Poverty Alleviation and Development countries in our country, whose development is relatively lagging behind nowadays, whose poverty is large in area and deep in degree, and where there exists serious returning poverty and out of poverty is difficult to consolidate.This paper uses the theory and methods of sociology and combines the facts of poverty and poverty relief work in Nanzhao to describe the characteristics of poverty, to reveal the need for poverty alleviation development work, to sum up the poverty alleviation development work in the past and the main approaches and initial results obtained and to analyze the cause of poverty from nature,economy,and society. On this basis, some suggestions on poverty alleviation development are raised, which are to improve policies, improve production and living conditions, apply for construction projects, develop industry and train and transfer workfoorce.This paper aims to improve the overall level of the poverty alleviation development in Nanzhao,and promote the well--off society and make new progress.
