Study On The Intensive Use Of Urban Land Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

With China's economic and social evelopment, land intensive use of rational planning of land use layout, adjust land use structure, improving land use efficiency is of great significance and role. Now, the major method we study on the intensive use of land evaluation is Method of multi-factor evaluation. This method focuses on the comprehensive evaluation from the results of land use degree, the lack of testing methods and the intensive use of land for individual indicators of the degree evaluation. In this paper, Liaoyuan City, as the research object, in the conventional multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and in-depth study of evaluation process, evaluation results of two methods.Through research, the following conclusions:1. Intensive land use assessment is a combination of science and art, involving natural, social, cultural and other aspects need scientific evaluation methods to calculate accurate, experienced management. Through the study found, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method for testing.2. From the basis of information, multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method more stringent requirements on the basis of the data, the lack of any of the underlying data, will be unable to calculate the results. But the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on data requirements for more flexible, in the absence of some data under the premise of individual indicators are still able to evaluate the extent of land use intensity, therefore, more suitable for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on incomplete data of the object.3. From the evaluation process, the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation focused on the quantitative calculation, while the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the combination is more suitable for intensive use of land evaluation. And the more detailed land use intensity level, the evaluation results closer to the truth of things.4. From the evaluation results, the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method can only be consolidated intensive land use quantitative calculation of scores, does not reflect the individual evaluation of land use intensity level; fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can not only quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis of intensive land use comprehensive level of also able to calculate quantitative and qualitative analysis of individual evaluation of land use intensity level.5. From the content point of view of things, land use by land-use input, output and per capita levels using a number of factors, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to all aspects of the system of land evaluation, evaluation findings can guide managers to take targeted measures improve land use intensity level, which land and resources management more realistic and practical.
