Research On Chinamobile On-site Payment Service Optimization

In recent years, the rapid development of e-commerce in China, which also led to great changes in the field of electronic payment. Coupled with the "3G", the concept of internet of things , people on the phone only "answer and dial" feature is no longer satisfied, camera, video recording, audio /vedio playback and Internet access is a basic mobile phone function, it is now and for the phone to add a "payment of money" feature, as people of another "wallet", which is mobile payment.An emerging service and its related industries will inevitably lead to division and cooperation ,between the division of labor and cooperation led to added value in all aspects, which gave rise to a chain. ChinaMobile on-site payment led the rise of mobile service operators, equipment vendors, chip suppliers, RF-SIM card provider and consumer users, and so many changes and new business development. On ChinaMobile on-site payment early stage of development, China Mobile made by the technical standards, to lead the industry early and gradually form a chain structure, in this industry chain in China Mobile as the core, the upper reaches of the chip provider and RF-SIM providers, downstream is the site of ChinaMobile on-site payment users. In order to promote the development of on-site payment, occupy an important position in the development of on-site consumer ,China Mobile, with its capital advantage ,supply the consumer users free POS terminals, and its industrial chain become downstream firms of the POS terminals。During the Chinamobile on-site payment developing with the process of this chain ,there have been many problems. In the whole industrial chain, China Mobile in all aspects of the cost of carrying out a large number of inputs, while investment in other industries than the less, to this key consumer businesses, do not have any of the cost of inputs, resulting in the cost of the whole industry chain input is extremely unreasonable. Another example ,for the rapid development of China Mobile on-site payment service, China Mobile initiative to undertake the development of both the user and the consumer, and China Mobile as the traditional telecommunications operators, the development of the consumer has no business experience and approach , plus the need of input of POS terminal which can be said is unrelated to China Mobile for the development of consuer, resulting in slow development of consumer businesses, and consumer business development has a direct impact on the slow progress of the field of the develpment of onsite payment users , no use of the environment, communications users become regular users of payment users is not a strong desire, eventually leading to China Mobile put a lot of costs, the development of mobile on-site payment users is extremely slow. This article is in this context, we propose a research project aimed at the adoption of Chinese mobile on-site payment chain of a comprehensive and systematic analysis, using scientific theory means to identify the root cause of this stage and propose an optimization approach of the China mobile phone on-site payment service.Firstly, the business model and industry chain structure of ChinaMobile on-site phone payment is analyzed, through the appearance ,the article elaborated the existing problems in the development of the present ChinaMobile on-site phoe payment and the industry chain structure ,then identify the root causes of current problems with the gray relation analysis,find the highest part related to these issues in the industry chain .Through the introduction of new industry partners and adjusting a single industry's location in the whole industrial chain, ChinaMobile on-site phone payment industrial service has been optimized. Finally ,comparing the ChinaMobile on-site phone payment service before and after the optimizing ,this artile verified the optimal results .The study site is conducive to reduce ChinaMobile on-site phone payment industry's cost of investment, improve the industrial added value of each part .This study has paid great practical significance to the development of ChinaMobile on-site phone payment service.
