| Neo-countryside construction was the necessary stage in the process of economic development in China. China had stepped into the intermediate stage of industrialization , and which was able to fulfill the economic, material and theoretical foundation of Neo-countryside construction. It is very important for Henan Province because there are the most population, rural population and the highest output of food production in China.How to make progress in neo-countryside at present ? Based on Scientific Outlook on Development, we should follow the polices on development of countryside, agriculture and peasants in China, and carry on some better measures in order to make improvement in neo-countryside construction. At present, there is in a period of prosperity of agriculture , countryside and peasants in Henan ,which make progress in industrialization and urbanization , and devote itself to food security in China. There are good examples of neo-countryside construction in Henan province such as Village of Nanjie. Town of Tangzhuang, Village of Huilong, Village of Taiping, and Village of Xihuafeng in different counties, which helps to develop more rapidly than before when countryside, agriculture and peasants in rural regions.The investigation on these good examples often happened in the past two decades. But these investigation basically belongs to typical propaganda about their glory .That is to say, these propaganda aren't theoretical research of development of neo-countryside, which it doesn't taken effect in development of agriculture , countryside and peasants. Therefore, through application of empirical analysis , the paper defines extant development pattern of neo-countryside in Henan . And it demonstrates how to develop neo-countryside .The paper takes typical development patterns of neo-countryside construction in Henan as examples. Based on the theories on comparative advantages, sustainability of agriculture and countryside development , coordinated development between cities and the countryside, and different characteristics of different regions , the paper analyses different development patterns of neo-countryside construction in Henan . There are several aspects to be analyzed in the paper as follows:The paper describes background, contents, methods and meanings of research in Chapter 1. It appraises the extant development patterns of neo-countryside in Henan , and analyses active and positive factors in the process of neo-countryside construction in Chapter 2. Then , in Chapter 3, it puts forward basic principles of choice of development patterns of neo-countryside . At the same time, it puts forward different development patterns due to obvious zoning differences and different development level in order to implement strategy of neo-countryside smoothly. Based on analysis of the development patterns in Chapter 3, the paper puts forward countermeasures in Chapter 4 : coordinated mechanism among participants and coordinated development of urban and rural regions ; promoting technological development in an all-around way for neo-countryside construction ; raising funds from diverse channels to support construction of neo-countryside ; promoting competence-oriented education in an all-round way in order to make improvement in peasants'quality; transforming the government functions and improving investment of governments. Finally, in Chapter 5, the paper discusses its conclusions and probe into the research outlook in our neo-countryside construction .Important innovations in the paper is to put forward basic principles of choice of development patterns of neo-countryside and different development patterns due to obvious zoning differences and different development level such as developed , relative developed , developing, relative backward and backward regions in Henan. And in the process of neo-countryside construction , we should pay attention to some problems. But because of some limitations in my ability, time and energy, the research is not sufficient in the development patterns of neo-countryside construction and its choice . Further research on contents ,patterns ,and methods about neo-countryside construction is still needed. |
