Analysis Of The Effect Of Human Capital On High-tech Industry Development In Yunnan

With the rise of high-tech, High-tech industry development has become a country or region's economic development measure, countries and regions through the development of high-tech industries to enhance regional competitiveness and economic development.,Yunnan's High-tech industries has also been rapid development in recent years, but the gap with the eastern region and the domestic is still large. We know that the core of high-tech industry is innovation, and a source of innovation is the human capital with initiative. As the high-tech industries are knowledge-intensive, technology-intensive characteristics, human capital are required, particularly of the innovation embodied in human capital requirements. Therefore, the study of human capital on the development of high-tech industry has practical significance.This paper introduces high-tech industry and hi-tech special requirements in human capital, human capital theory, study the human capital and the mechanism of high-tech industries.Second, the combination of the actual situation in Yunnan Province, Yunnan Province, high-tech industries on the development of the data collected, the model to measure the physical capital, human capital stock and human capital levels on the development of high-tech industry in Yunnan Province's contribution rate, and may out the following conclusions:(1) in the Yunnan Province, the role of high-tech industries in GDP, human capital (human capital stock and human capital levels) play larger role than the physical capital. (2) the role of human capital externalities significantly. Again, according to empirical analysis and comparison of obtained insufficient development of high-tech industries in Yunnan Province, and analyzes this deficiency is due to lack of human capital, insufficient funds, lack of technological innovation aspects reasons. Finally, analysis of the causes of the lackness of human capital constraints for high-tech industry development in Yunnan Province depth, and policy recommendations about the use of human capital better has made to promote the development of High-tech Industry in Yunnan Province.
