In recent year, many investors abroad invest their money in china market, especially in manufacturing filed. Our manufacturing attracts them by the advantages in price, quality and the capable of reacting to market rapidly. Nowadays, china already becomes a manufacture factory in the world wild. How to use this condition to develop manufactory in china becomes a study area that many people focus on.Lean production is suit to modern manufacturing factory organizing way within all the modern product methods. Lean production use the point of optimize in the view of whole system, organize and configure the manufacture factors owned by company rationally with the science manner, eliminate all the actions that can not add the value in manufacturing process, take the "person" as the center, use "predigesting" method to get the target of perfecting in order to let the company flexible to the market and obtain higher economic benefit. Lean production take Just in Time and self-knowledge as backbones, based on improvement to get the target of cost down, high efficiency, high quality and furthest customer satisfaction.This paper takes the final assembly product line of company B as study object. It takes time to improve continuously from resource rationalization, system process optimization, etc. Main product of B is automobile Company. It locales in the northeast of china and it is a Sino German joint venture company and it is labor concentrated company too:In the past year I surveyed and studied in the company. During this time I found that is a problem in the way of development of company B:the space restrict the capacity improvement, the space beside the line side can not used efficiently, too much inventory in process and so on.At first, I use the theory of Just in Time and processes standardize to redesign the line supply process. At the same time I make out a set of project in order to improve output and cost down. And then I study the door line and set up a lean project based on what I did. I innovate from layout of product line, line supply method and headcount calculating. At late I change the produce method from "lot" to "single".
