| Agriculture is the basis of national economy, and whether the agricultural economy develops well or not is directly related to the harmony and stability of a country's economy, politics, culture and the livelihood of people. Therefore, according to our such big agricultural country which owns 800,000,000 peasants, promoting the alteration of agricultural development pattern earnestly and speeding up the development of modern agriculture is an urgent issue.Alterating agricultural development pattern, not only should it change extensive growth into intensive growth, but also should turn to the alteration of the quality and efficiency of agricultural economic growth, enhance the agricultural products'quality entirely and increase technologic contents. It should develop towards the breadth and depth of agriculture to promote the upgrading of agriculture industrial structure unceasingly. What's more, it should transform into sustainable green agriculture, for supporting more population and large-scale development with limited natural resources.On the basis of discussing the meaning of agricultural development pattern as well as the necessity of alterating agricultural development pattern, this artical includes three major parts, which are alteration of agricultural growth pattern, modification of agriculture industrial structure and institution transformation.First of all, this article elaborates the function of agricultural growth on the alteration of agricultural development pattern, and proposes fundamental ways of measuring agriculture economic growth pattern, including: the method of investment elastic coefficient, indicator system method and TFP method, and then carries on judgment with TFP on our agriculture economic growth pattern, which indicates that our agricultural growth pattern is on the extensive and intensive stage. At the same time, it points out that there are technology, capital and system barriers in our agricultural growth pattern. We must speed up technologic advancement, shift the agricultural surplus-labor reasonably to realize large-scale production, enhance the educational quality of agriculture workers and perfect some related institutions so as to break through these barriers.Secondly, it points out the existing problems in the current agriculture industrial structure through analysis of evolution tendency of our agriculture industrial structure, which includes: formation of Buyers' market and prominent contradictory between supply and demand; agricultural production structure is unreasonable, which leads to low economic benefit; the regional characteristic of agricultural goods is not obvious, and industry upgrading is difficult, for lack of science and technology input. Therefore,we should make adjustment according to the principles like market-oriented, industrialization, economic and ecological benefit.Finally, this article analyzes the influence posed on alteration of our agricultural development pattern by land institution, labor force shift institution, rural finance institution, science and technology institution and environmental protection institution. To perfect countryside land institution, not only can make the grain supply stably to guarantee the benefit of peasants, but also can raise the lands'efficiency, as well as develop large-scale production to raise the agricultural economic benefit, which can promote the alteration of agriculture economic development pattern. If agricultural surplus-labor can be shifted reasonably, it is good for raising productivity. With the development of agricultural economy, the demand of fund is increasing. Therefore, reasonable rural finance institution becomes the important support on the alteration of agricultural development pattern. The science and technology institution can help raise agricultural science level effectively to promote the efficiency of producing factors, which is the essential way of realizing the alteration of agricultural development pattern. To deal with the relationship between agriculture development and environment protection properly and utilize agricultural resources effectively, is the prerequisite of realizing agricultural development pattern changing from traditional production pattern to intensive modern production.
