Studying On The Growth Influential Factors Of Chinese Construction Enterprises Based On Life Cycle Theory

After Reform and Opening Up in China, the construction enterprises in our country have started to the restoration and reconstruction work, and began to explore their own reform. After more than 30 years'development, many construction enterprises have passed through the difficult embryonic period and entered the rapid expansion growth period. But in the process expanding unceasingly the environment faced by construction enterprises has changed significantly, then lots of contradiction and restriction accumulate gradually, many construction enterprises felt the pain of growth. Thus, it is important to research the growth principium of the construction enterprises since it can enhance the knowledge of these enterprises, increase the successful rate of the enterprises, and stimulate the development of the construction enterprises.Essence of the growth problem for enterprise is that influencing factor problem of enterprise development. In fact, there are lots of factors about influencing the development of construction enterprises, involved many macroscopic problems for example Industry polity,Economic situation,Society environment and many enterprises'issues about System,Culture,Develop stratagem,Market exploit,Innovate ability. In personal, the construction enterprises have different distinguishing features in each growth stage, however, every growth is the result and expression of every influencing factor. Meanwhile, the affects of every influencing factor are different. Based on screening the theory of enterprise growth and growth factors in domestic and abroad, combined with the own features of the construction enterprises, this paper thinks that the growth of construction enterprises is affected by growth factors of function Internal capacity, Policy factors, Environment factors。Then this paper analysis the growth and the growth factors of construction enterprises in the three levels. And then sets up the Lift-cycle model for the construction enterprises, which is base on the Life-cycle Hypothesis and the construction enterpirses'growth features. Meanwhile the paper divides the Grow the Phase into three life-stages: innovative undertaking stage, growth stage, stable stage and regrowth stage. At last, the paper designs the investigation questionnaire of the impact factors which is based on the model and theory. Finally appraised to the influence of growth factors through real example, we get the whole situation of growth factors and the sequencing at different shape. This paper thinks that managers should catch the main contradiction and get the transition to the next stage smoothing.Though the conclusion of the research, we gain both theoretical and practical values of construction enterprises growth issue, due to the time and capability limitation, the disadvantage of the research is only focusing on the general influencing factors of construction enterprises growth within three different levels, lacking the deeper work on some specified factors. Further work will be done on these issues in the future.
