Study On The Mode Selection And System Construction Of Papermaking Reverse Logistics

Paper industry is closely related to the national economy, people's lives and social development. It is an important basic raw material industry with the characteristic of sustainable development. In the recent period, the China paper industry has undergone rapid development stage, however, shortage of raw materials restricts the healthy development of pulp and paper industry; high consumption and low efficiency, environmental pollution have also plagued the pulp and paper industry. Therefore, environmental protection and resource conservation are the urgent problems to the paper industry now.In this context, this dissertation utilizes reverse logistics concepts into the paper industry to study mode selection and system construction of Papermaking reverse logistics. The author wishes to propose the mode as the support and guide to the development of Papermaking, and also looks forward to solve the highlighting problems in the process of rapid development of paper industry partly.This dissertation studies the meaning and characteristics of reverse logistics, It combines with the development overview of paper industry and the combination of paper industry development with logistics, defines the content and features of Papermaking reverse logistics. The current situation and status of the development of Papermaking reverse logistics is studied on the development of paper industry in our country, and on the basis of this analysis the dissertation studies the problems of Papermaking reverse logistics.Through the analysis of problems of Papermaking reverse logistics, the author builds three modes of Papermaking reverse logistics, compares the advantages and disadvantages of these three modes, and analyzes a paper mill how to choose a suitable reverse logistics mode with weighting method. All these provide constructive suggestions for Papermaking reverse logistics to select the appropriate mode. Based on the study of modes, the author constructs reverse logistics system, designs functional modules, hierarchical structure and logistics flow chart; the system operation mechanism is also studied. When the system is running, there is difficult.On how to deal with difficulties, the author puts forward some specific suggestions.
