The Model Study Of Socialist New Rural Construction Of Shandong Coastal Regions Based On Comparison

Considering from the overall situation of the socialist modernization, Communist Party Of China put forward explicitly that it should build the new rural areas by the instruction of "productive development, well-off life, civilized general mood, tidy countryside look and democratic administration " . With a vast land, china encounter many diversity situations on social economy and rural development, the effective rural construction need suitable measures according to the local situation. As a more developed area resulted from the open and reform policy, the coastal regions of Shandong play a leading role in the national economy. Therefore it is important to propose measures for the new rural construction of Shandong coastal regions based on the exact condition and the empirical research.The thesis make a comparative study on the new rural construction between Shandong coastal regions, Yangtze delta, pearl river delta, korea and japan, to define the new rural construction from developmental, regional and agricultural aspects, also it make analysis on the problems of Shandong coastal regions and build evaluation target system to figure out ten models of the new rural construction with focused strategy and suggestion for Shandong peninsula.The thesis is consist of six chapters:Chapter one is the introduction about the purpose, the global study situation, the methods and innovation of the thesis.Chapter two is the basic theory of the new rural construction with connotation of "productive development, well-off life, civilized general mood, tidy countryside look and democratic administration" and the basic understanding from economic aspects for further study.Chapter three is the comparative study part of new rural construction between Shandong peninsula, Yangtze delta, pearl river delta, korea and japan, in order to get the revelation of the similarity and diversity of them.Chapter four is the empirical research for the new rural construction of Shandong peninsula and the evaluation target system to evaluate the 7 regions of Shandong peninsula with particular analysis.Chapter five is the establishment of the models for Shandong new rural construction based on the analysis and the comparative study of last two chapters.Chapter six is the focused measure according to the analysis and models.
