Study On Intensive Use Of Cultivated Land In Liaocheng: Variation And Influencing Factors

With the accelerating process of urbanization and industrialization, increasing the demand for urban construction land, Man-land relationship will became tenser, total dynamic balance of cultivated land was facing enormous pressure, food security issues would also be even more severe. In this paper, analysis on the cultivated land intensive use of spatiotemporal variation law in Liaocheng was having important practical significance to promoting the intensive use of cultivated land. In recent years, economic development was rapid in Liaocheng, the overall level of cultivated land intensive use should to improve, The level of cultivated land intensive use in each county varied greatly, For effective in raising the level of cultivated land intensive use, as well as scientific and rational planning management of land use, studying the regularity of this variation and analyzing the influencing factors play an important role and significance.The article based on cultivated land intensive utilization connotation and the situation, characteristic of cultivated land use in Liaocheng, from the cultivated land investment level, cultivated land utilization extent, cultivated land output effect and cultivated land present state tried to set up an index system of cultivated land intensive utilization level, through analyzing on land intensive use universe diversification and area and time variability to study the influence factor and influence degree of cultivated land intensive utilization. The conclusions as follows:(1)From 1997 to 2007 the cultivated land intensive utilization level of Liaocheng had a tendency to rise, and the average annual growth rate was 5.6%. But the escalating trend of land intensive utilization level was gently.(2)Within the research period from 2000 to 2007, the land intensive utilization level of Shengxian and Linqing improved significantly, that in Dongchangfu also improved but not so significantly, in the areas of Yanggu, Chiping, Dong'e, Gaotang it had a gentle tendency to decline, and in Guanxian it had dramaticly declined.(3) There was a clear regional variability in the intensity level of cultivated land utilization in Liaocheng,it can be divided into 2 categories:The first category included Gaotang, Yanggu,Chiping,Shenxian,Guanxian;The second category included Dongchangfu,Dong'e,Linqng.(4) The main influence factors of cultivated land intensive utilization in Liaocheng were as follows:Unit of labor input, Unit of fertilizer input, The unit power input, Multiple cropping index, Effective irrigation rate, The average land value output, The average labor output, Safety factor, The non-agricultural index, Per capita arable land, Balance index and so on, the order by the impact as follows:Unit of fertilizer input, multiple cropping index, The average land value output, The effective irrigation rate, The non-agricultural index, Balance index, The per capita arable land, Unit labor inputs, The unit power input and Output value per labor.Based on the above research results, for promoting the level of the cultivated land intensive use, this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions, mainly included the following aspects:by using of economic means, to increase cultivated land investment and gradually improve the agricultural infrastructure, enhancing the enthusiasm of the peasants; Rational preparation of land use planning; Quantity, quality and ecological environment were on the equally important position, Through implementing the multi-round protection for cultivated land.
