Research On Performance Evaluation Of The Leading Enterprise In Chengdu

Performance evaluation is a hot and difficult in financial research:The hot spot lies that if we find a scientific way to evaluate business performance, we can achieve rational resource allocation; The difficulty lies in the choice of index and the weights assigned. The characteristics of the agriculture enterprises determine that its performance evaluation index is different from business enterprises, and because of the constantly updated research methods,which determine the weights no longer subject to human consciousness either. This empirical research aims to study the performance level of leading enterprises in Chengdu,establishing a suitable assessment of the level of the leading business performance indicator system by comparing analysis,using scientific emprical research methods to evaluate the performance of enterprises and classifing the enterprises by reasonable method.to provide the basis for overall governmental supervision and guidance on the leading enterprises, and proposes targeted policy recommendations.Firstly, the author used the date of 365 leading enterprises which ended in June 2009 to do the general description.And then based on the general description, the author chooses out 59 agricultural industrialization leading enterprises which have complete data for the empirical study.And combined with special design of agricultural enterprises, the author selects 14 enterprises performance evaluation index and the factor analysis,which can be better to eliminate subjectivity. The conclusions from the analysis are:①Leading enterprise have the following problems:R & D and innovation is not enough,The awareness of building brand is not enough, Lack of investment and financing,Quality standard system is not perfect;②The development of leading enterprises are imbanlance;③The Farmers.,Rural,Agricultural " contribution index is very important for the performance evaluation business;④gricultural enterprises have significant class feature. According to comprehensive analysis and comparison of analysis,we draw policy recommendations are:Government shoud:①romoting the upgrading of agricultural products;②Improving the upstream industry chain;③Increasing financial support to Leading Enterprise's "shortcomings" which comprehensive performances rank front;④The government should give more supports to leading enterprises which contribute more to " Farmers.,Rural,Agricultural " index;⑤The government support leading enterprises shall be consolidated performance for different types of policies.
