In the fierce competition in the market continuously, media development under the background of all points in appeared on the trend of media, target customers and reader groups and narrow, hence,positioning with special shape of DM magazine is made,and then compared with the traditional media form mutual points of soup. Based on the development stages of Chinese journal of DM is discussed in this paper, the development of Chinese journal of DM scale and the existing problems of Chinese DM magazine,analyzes the influencing factors,and put forward the strategy of the healthy growth of DM magazine.The studies suggest that China DM magazine issue pattern and the profit exists contradiction between communication effect,to scientific prediction and evaluation, and the effect of advertisement issue coverage of the contradiction between the problems.And the influence of the development of China's DM magazine is an important restrictive factors:one is to spread the market competition, the main factor is the traditional media, the press and broadcast media network media and new mobile media in China journal of DM growth and development of the competitive threat to form, Second is the consumption idea, on the one hand, the factors of forming the audience is the reverse psychology and DM magazine thought understanding,on the other hand is prejudice to advertisers advertisement media brand in the pursuit of DM magazine advertisements on low expectations and psychological demands, Three factors, identity is anxiety in political,economic,cultural,etc in DM magazine embarrassing dislocation and identity. To solve these problems,we need to adopt external and internal innovation strategy, support, including external support policies, laws and regulations and the relevant provisions of the support, which need to constantly strengthen the innovation of political environment.Internal innovation, from the audience,the scientific orientation of target groups and integration, release mechanism innovation, establish communication effect evaluation mechanism,etc, and the more effort, to make the DM magazine's development and growth continuously to normal,ultimately the transmission industry development and progress.
