| The county economy between macro-economy and micro-economy is an important part of the national economy.The development of county economy is essential for not only the healthy and rapid development of the national economy,but also the settlement of the issues concerning"the practical agriculture,countryside and farmers",the construction of new socialist countryside. Since 1990s, the county economy has developed rapidly and become more important in the national economy,but the issue of regional economic differences has become increasingly obvious. The moderate difference is advantageous to the rational allocation of resources and industries'spatial shift,but the oversized region economical difference has the harm to the region economy development, moreover relates the social stability.Shandong province lies in the eastern coastal strip of china,possesses rich natural resources and many economic development indexes which are in the front ranks of the country. However, due to the influences of location, capital, economic infrastructure and other factors, there are many problems during the development of Shandong Province's county economy. For example,the growing gap between east and west is enlarging day after day.This article analyses the discrepancy of Shandong's county economy development and put forwards the corresponding mediation strategies,which have a significance on implement of Shandong economy sustainable,healthy,and harmony development.This article uses single and multiple indicators methods,quantitatively and qualitatively analyses the county'economic discrepancy features,with 91 counties of Shandong province.First of all,this text analyzes the time-space characteristics of dynamic variation from 1999 to 2008.Secondly,an index system ,composed of 16 main indexes reflecting overall economical scale,economic development level,economic structure,was established in this thesis to measure the regional discrepancy in Shandong.Based on the index system,with the aid of SPSS, the discrepancy of 91counties'comprehensive prefectures economic level was thoroughly analyzed. Through the above analysis,this article draw the following conclusiones:(1)With the single-indicator method,the result showes that :the absolute discrepancy of counties in Shandong is enlarged,the relative discrepancy is littler in the study period and the main reason for the expanding discrepancy was high-income groups'increase revenue,the oversized economical difference is also restricting the county economy development.According to the 91 counties'rate of the Nich,the 91 counties are divided into four types, respectively remarkable rise, slow rise, slow drop, remarkable drop.It showes that the apparent economic differences exist among counties in Shandong Province, the counties grew rapidly are only 34 less than half of the total, most of the counties'growth rates are behind the average. (2)with the multiple-indicators comprehensive evaluation,the 91 counties of Shandong province are divided into six kinds,namely rising type with the developed basis, rising type with steady basis, rising type with the moderate basis, rising type with the bad basis, slowly rising type with the weak basis, economic stagnation backward type. And the differences are reflected in the space as follow:the counties with high integrated strength of economic development are mostly in Weihai, Yantai, Qingdao and Weifang counties,the others are scattered in Jinan, Zibo, Tai'an, Jining around the counties; the counties with low integrated strength of economic development are mainly distributed in the counties around the Yimeng mountainous areas and Heze.Finally this article use location theory, industrial economics, regional economics and other specialized knowledge combined the special details in Shandong Province, analyzes variousfactors causing county economic development difference,then puts forward the proposals onthe promotion of the county economy'coordination development. |
