When we come into the twenty-first century, our city's unexpected events have occurred frequently, it tests our ability of responding to unexpected events. Although we can not avoid the occurrence of unexpected events fundamentally, we can radically improve the emergency response capacity and strengthening the rescue force, in order to reduce the results that the incidents brought which include panic, economic loss, and even people's lives. Therefore, establishing a comprehensive emergency logistics system has become an imminent event!The important task of emergency logistics system is to decide the best path for urban emergency logistics vehicles which are driving on the road in order to achieve the purposes of quick emergency response. However, as economic development, urban road capacity is increasing. We have a lot of traffic congestion, road congestion, traffic accidents, besides when we meet natural disasters, urban roads will be destroyed by secondary damage. Therefore, for emergency logistics vehicle drivers, the traditional static route optimization has been unable to meet emergency requirements. They need to be able to avoid a jam, and illegal driving, keep themselves safe, convenient and fast to reach the destination. Dynamic route guidance is an effective way to solve this problem. In this paper, we consider the urban roads'traffic characteristics in emergency, and combine with a certain derivation strategy, study the ways and means of dynamic route guidance for logistics emergency response vehicles. This paper has important theoretical significance and engineering application value. The main thesis includes the following:Firstly, propose a strategy of route guidance for emergency transportation vehicles in case of unexpected events. Combined with analysing the feature of road traffic flow, the character of emergency logistics vehicle drivers and comparing all kinds of methods for route guidance, we propose a strategy of route guidance for emergency logistics vehicles.Secondly, we designed the road resistance function model in case of emergency. Fully consider of different effective factors on the driver's path selection.Thirdly, propose the quantitative methods of risk factors in case of emergency. When researching the route guidance for emergency logistics vehicles, we propose the quantitative methods of risk factors in case of emergency. Meanwhile, we put these risk factors into road resistance model.Fourthly, determined and sensitivity analysis of weight coefficient. Analyzed and compared all weight coefficients in different circumstances. And we got the impaction to the route guidance under different weight coefficient.ranges. And we identified the stability interval for each weight coefficients.Sixthly, establish a route guidance model for emergency logistics vehicles. Basde on the strategy of route guidance for emergency logistics vehicles in case of unexpected events, we established a route guidance model for emergency logistics vehicles.Finally, we achieved dynamic route guidance algorithm in case of emergency. Use real-time traffic data to provide a more optimal path for emergency logistics vehicle drivers.
