The Evaluation Of Land Intensive Use Of Economic Developed Area In Jishou

The development of zone can not be ignored in China's economic, at the same time the number and covers have an absolute advantage an area of provincial-level development zones, it also lack depth study, therefore the Economic Development Zone of JiShou as the study area to study the situation of intensive use of land have great theoretical and practical significance.On the base of the advanced theories, research methods from home and abroad field survey, the paper makes an in-depth research in the meaning of development area from purpose and significance, the research content, the research methods and the technical line. Described in detail the types of development zones, history, Utilization Characteristics and the economic rationale for intensive use of land. Firstly JiShou Economic Development Zone have been introduced by location, natural environment, the situation of Socio-economic development and the use of current land, then start with the Land-use conditions which include four rule layers, sixteen index. confirm the weighting of evaluation index in a method that combine AHP with PCA. After dealing the evaluation index with DPS Software, the result is 0.61,it appears that the Economic Development Zone of JiShou is at the basic of intensified stage using the method of integrated grade. Discover Land investment and ecological benefit is not high,, so strengthen infrastructure investment, pay attention to the park and ecological environment construction, ensure the sustainable development, actively promote the development zone of measures to cooperation between the first economic development zone intensive utilization of land in JiShou.
