Development Of Producer Services In Hunan Province Empirical Study

As an important symbol of modernization level, services industry, especially the producer services, have become the fastest growing industries of the economic structure in developed western countries. The growth of producer services can promote the service industry development and industrial structure upgrade. As a large province located in the middle China, Hunan province, whose producer service falls behind some coastal provinces and far behind developed countries, will be faced more and more practical problems in the future.In view of the current situation, it is necessary to make a further research on Hunan producer services. Based on the in-depth research and analysis, the paper aims to find the problems which stunt the development of Hunan producer service and propose some solutions. Obviously, this research can play as a guideline for development of Hunan producer service.This paper refers the actual data which from 1986 to 2008 and utilize the theory of modern economic growth models to investigate Hunan producer services systematically. Also, qualitative and quantitative analysis of endogenous and extraneous factors which influence the development of Hunan producer services have be made. On the basis of this research, the paper proposes some policy suggestions to promote the development of Hunan producer services eventually.
