| Under the environment of the telecommunication market competition vehemence, the diversification and individuation service will become every telecom operator's focus that contend for markets. Therefore, it is more and more important to fixed network operator that to promote the fixed network intelligence, to make the fixed network have the characteristic of open, agility and rapid reaction. The project that make the fixed network to intelligentized is in accordance with the tendency of the network evolution, and the project of "softswitch+SHLR" is a kind of project that the industry thinks the representative's network evolve. Based on the project that promoted the fixed network intelligence in Shenzhen in 2005, Guangdong Telecom used the project of "softswitch+ SHLR" to popularize the fixed network intelligentized work, in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Dongguan, Shantou. Based on the investigation of Guangzhou fixed network and the experience of network intelligentized experimentation in Shenzhen, after analyzing the current situation and business demand of Guangzhou fixed network, Guangzhou Telecom put forward the project of Guangzhou fixed network intelligentized.In the paper we first reviewed the relevant theories of project management, including the summarization of project management, scope management and schedule Management. Then we put most concentration on the establishment of the scope and schedule planning, study on the Critical Path Network and the Critical Chain theories, which are in common use. At the last part of the paper, we analyzed a practical example, the Guangzhou fixed network intelligentized project. We investigated the scope planning, work breakdown, activity Duration Estimating, schedule planning, scope control and schedule control in the project, studied the methods used in the process and analyzed the difficulties encountered. It's hoped that these researches can provide some references for the future communication project management. |
