After restructuring,of the three telecom operators Henan Unicom is the most comprehensive and balanced in business, the most profound in corporate culture. Under the guidance of the trend of "communication is media" and the goal of consolidating the integrated information service provider's leadership in Henan, Henan Unicom has established media company and is ready to implement e-advertising project. Facing the almost completely new business and marketing environment, formulating the marketing strategies and implementation of the project has become the priority.Based on the modern marketing concepts, standing on the actual statistical data and the authoritative research information, First of all, with the related methods of marketing environmental analysis, this paper analysed the macro and micro environment, competive environment and industry chain about the e-advertising of Henan Unicom; Secondly, using the target marketing STP theory, made the market segmentation, the target market selection and the market positioning, and made the 4P (product, price, place, promotion) marketing strategy.This paper strived to analyse scientifically the real environment about e-advertising project of Henan Unicom, formulated reasonable and effective marketing strategies and the way to implementation, gave Henan Unicom media company some help to enhance the reputation of brand and improve the rate of marketing occupancy in the advertising market.
