The Comprehensive Evaluation On Integrated Passenger Hub's Function Achievement

At present, the focus of research on integrated passenger transport hub had make a major transition from hub's site selection and layout in macro level to the hub knot's inner function layout and its evaluation in micro level. The paper takes the functional achievement of the integrated passenger transport hub as its research object, brings forward three evaluation indexes which influences the effect of functional achievement, and then makes the comprehensive evaluation of the three above index based on its relevance. In the end, the comprehensive evaluation gets a structured information which judges the difficulty level of hub's functional achievement. The comprehensive evaluation model shows a new view in hub's micro evaluation.Based on the review of current research aimed at evaluation of the integrated passenger transport hub, this thesis has done as follows:1.Make a comprehensive exposition of the integrated passenger transport hub's content, analysis the relationship between the various functions, explore the transfer and distribution function as the main function of the integrated passenger transfer hub, while other functions support the main function's achievement. Layout system and guiding sighs system (induction and location) has a direct influence on the transfer and distribution function achievement.2.By use of the functional analysis, function layout accessibility, induction and location, transfer and distribution accessibility are determined as the indexes of the functional achievement evaluation. Among them, the function layout accessibility reflects the level of the internal layout of physical hub. Induction and location, transfer and distribution accessibility reflect the functional achievement level under the certain function layout.3.The integrated passenger transport hub comprehensive evaluation model is constructed based on the relevance among the three indexes. The model integrates the evaluation results of the three indexes and product a comprehensive assessment of the value through the matrix permanent.4.The guidance evaluation of the induction and location system put forward the point method in system engineering to obtain the evaluation results. The rating criteria used in the method concern the passenger perception. Function layout accessibility introduces space separation based measurement method.
