At present, the development of High-Tech industries has been taken as an important national strategy to enhance national competition and promote industrial transformation in china. Shanghai High-Tech Park has attracted a large number of returned knowledge workers. However, they will be confronted with reverse culture shock and work stress after returning. How to effectively manage them and improve their performance should be the focus of management issues.This study researches the stressors of returned knowledge workers in Shanghai High-Tech enterprises. The results are as follows:(1) The Stressors of returned knowledge workers in Shanghai High-Tech enterprise are from five factors including 'job and development','interpersonal environment','reverse culture shock','salary', 'balance between work and family'. (2) There are no differences between local returned knowledge workers and returned knowledge workers from other provinces in the stress sensing and stressors. (3) Male returned knowledge workers suffer more serious stress than female in the aspects of'interpersonal environment' and'balance' between work and family'. (4) Returned knowledge workers of 21-25 years old and beyond 46 years old feel more serious stress than others in the aspects of 'job and development'.Base on the results, this study proposes appropriate management strategies for the management of returned knowledge workers. For instance, paying more attention on their career planning, establishing psychological contract and comprehensive salary system, providing employee assistance program (EAP), building good communication platform to relieve their stress.In this research, I set the returned knowledge workers in Shanghai High-Tech enterprises as the study object, and give some suggestions on how to manage them effectively. I wish it will be valuable for Shanghai High-Tech Park and government in the policy formulation about returned knowledge workers.
