Along with the continuously deepening and horizontally expanded economic globalization process, services of the globalization industries has been quickly pushed forward. In this world, competition has also become gradually vigorous, and multinational companies therefore have enlarged this exploitation and allocation efforts towards international resources while looking for local resources, a prominent phenomenon has been that multinational companies start to outsource the non-core business to external and professional organizations in order to complete to decline costs, increase efficiency and to maintain the existence of core competencies themselves. Due to rapid development of the service outsourcing process, service outsourcing has exerted an important influence on both of the outsourcers and outsourcees, particularly on development of the regional economy, and then has caused deep concerns of the governments at all different levels and the enterprises as well. For this, governments in China have extremely valued to development of the service outsourcing business especially after the success of the"India Model".By literature, although in international academic circles there have been lots of researches on this, so far, the majority of them have been from the outsourcers'angle, and few from the outsourcees'angle. Of which, from a macroscopic angle, the main concentration has been on the aspect of service outsourcing motivations, influence of service outsourcing on economic development, employment, labor productivity, etc, with few at region levels.This thesis discusses development trend, locational factors and the fulfillment model at the regional level on the bases of the service outsourcing demonstration areas in China, in order to promote development of the service outsourcing industries and countermeasures in this regard. It mainly includes four main parts:The first part(Chapter 1 and 2) is the foreword of this thesis. Firstly, it mainly introduces the general background, significance of the study, domestic and international research progress, main context and the framework, research methodology and prospective innovation, and then summarizes connoation and classification of the service outsourcing industries from the angle of corpus concepts and analyzes relative theories related.The second part (Chapter 3) is the foundation of this research. Th rough analyzing the international tendency and the present conditions of development of the service outsourcing industries around the world, it studies the developing model, sources of the service outsourcing and advantages of the industries. The third part(Chapter 4 and 5) is the core part of this thesis. In which,Chapter 4 is concerned with principal component analysis to locational factors affected positions of the service outsourcing base cities, and then concludes of their advantages and disadvantages, to verify the locational factors affected service outsourcing from the empirical research angle. Whilst Chapter 5 analyzes the fulfillment model of the multinational corporation service outsourcing industries. From the outsourcing purpose and subsidiary relationship of the outsourcers and outsourcees, it examines the delivery model and fulfillment model evolution of the service outsourcing in China. The forth part (Chapter 6) is countermeasures. With views of the fierce competition among the service outsourcee countries, bottleneck problems in terms of service outsourcing confronted in China, and finally the realization path from both of the government and enterprises angles.The innovation of this thesis is that it quantitatively analyzes locational factors of the service outsourcing base cities from the angle of empirical research, and establishes the evolution model of the service outsourcing industries from an angle of outsourcees.
