Influence Of Corporate Culture To Job Satisfaction Of Knowledge-based Staff

With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, series of important changes occurred in the world economy pattern. The knowledge-based employees as the carrier of knowledge play a bigger role, gradually become one of the most important power for enterprise value creation. Knowledge-based employees have the knowledge capital, and they pursue innovation, autonomy and individualized and diversification. They are different from ordinary employees of the higher level of need and value, they both have rules of authority and scientific spirits and has a strong sense of social responsibility, the desire to contribute to society.Job satisfaction management is an important part of modern enterprise management. Through the employee's job satisfaction survey we can understand the psychological needs and state of employees. Improving employee's job satisfaction can motivate their participation awareness and consciousness, and enhance employees'ownership and loyalty of enterprise.In this research, we take the knowledge-based employees in China as the research object to explore the influence of enterprise culture to job satisfaction. First, the paper expounds the background, objective and significance of the research. Then, propose the framework of the research on the base of comprehensive previous studies in order to explore the relationship between enterprise culture and job satisfaction of knowledge-worker. In this article, we take 273 knowledge-based employees in Chongqing as samples for questionnaire survey. Then we use SPSS 17.0 for data processing and analysis with the main methods of factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis and the structural equation model analysis.
