Study On Risk Management Of Venture Capital Guiding Fund Of Chongqing

Since the"Eleventh Five- Year- Plan", venture capital guiding fund had grown fast as an important tool to boost the development of venture capital industry, and to accelerate the industrialization of the high-tech. We can find many supportive polices both nationally and provincially. Chongqing Government had injected 1 billion Yuan to set up Venture Capital Guiding Fund of Chongqing in 2008.The venture capital guiding fund share the venture capital in the way of"Mother Fund", in order to attract social capital both inland and abroad to create venture capital in Chongqing. However, because of information-asymmetry of the Commission- Agent relationship of the venture capital guiding fund, there are great risk in the operation of venture capital guiding fund.This article learned from the related theory of Economics and Management, analyze the status quo of the venture capital guiding fund of Chongqing, adopt the SWOT to analyze its develop environment, and analyze the main risk and risk management of the Game of venture capital guiding fund of Chongqing systematically. Based on the comparison and summarization of the mode analysis and experience of venture capital guiding funds both inland and abroad, we create the risk management system of venture capital guiding fund of Chongqing.
